Greek Meatballs with Roasted Potatoes
Five traditional extra lean ground beef meatballs. Flavored with onion, ouzo and mint leaves that add a nice hint of freshness. They are lightly fried giving them a crispy texture on the outside while staying soft on the inside.
We accompany this dish with traditional Greek style slowly roasted potatoes with extra virgin oil, lemon, mustard and a variety of herbs.
